Less than 3 percent of the more than 1 million REALTORS ® working today can call themselves a CRS Designee. This group represents the elite performers in residential real estate.

SFR – In 2010, I earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification, SFR. The SFR certification is for REALTORS® who want to help both buyers and sellers navigate these complicated transactions, as demand for professional expertise with distressed sales grows. REALTORS® who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities.

GRI – New technology, laws, procedures and the increasing sophistication of buyers & sellers require real estate practitioners to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. It’s important that you work with an agent who has a keen understanding of the real estate business. I earned the GRI designation. I am among the best and the brightest in the industry who have achieved that level of understanding.

CNE– Certified Negotiation Expert. With professional negotiation skills, I am able to help clients obtain better results in the sale or purchase of their home. CNE agents have a higher skill level which enables them to: 1) communicate more effectively to uncover desired information, 2) help clients understand their options, 3) work collaborativly with others and 4) resolve deadlocks. CNE agents have a thorough understanding of how to negotiate effectively to help achieve your goals. I am among the top agents in the country in negotiation skills.

CPE- The Client Protection Expert Certification is a designation for Real Estate Professionals throughout the U.S. and Canada that have shown proficiency in home inspection practices and standards, home warranty coverage issues, and general risk reduction practices for clients in regards to property condition issues,
