Are all Julington Creek Communities part of the CDD?
No.  Most communities are in the Julington Creek Plantation CDD, which funds the community’s amenity infrastructure; the CDD assessment appears on your property tax bill. But, several neighborhoods, while in Julington Creek proper, are not in the CDD. These homeowners would have to pay an annual membership fee to access the CDD amenities. But membership is not a requirement.  

Can non-residents join the amenities? What does it cost?
Yes, non-resident annual memberships are available through the CDD ($2,450 family / $1,500 individual, subject to change). Please check with jcpcdd.org for accuracy. 

What amenities are part of the CDD and included?
Access typically includes the Recreation Center (fitness, classes, lap & family pools, splash area), seasonal Aquatic Complex, Sportsplex, and community programming. (Some features are seasonal/under construction; confirm current status.) Some classes require an extra fee.
